Your expectations are totally fine.. Though you can change some of them depending on the number and quality of interests/acceptances you get... For eg.

• You can relax your age preference from just 1year younger to 2-3yrs younger. A lot of women/parents want the husband to be atleast 2-3yrs older
• When you say you want a spouse who is into art, music etc., do you mean she should be working in those fields, or do you want a non-working partner who has studied music, arts etc. You have not stated clearly if you prefer a working/non-working wife.

Lastly, I hope you have thought well about not wanting your spouse to be in IT. Couples working in same profession have certain advantages like understanding each other's job profiles, work pressure etc. Additionally, you will have common topics to talk about. IT is one of the most lucrative professional sectors in this country and hence you will lose out on a lot of great matches.
