Sounds like you purchased the "single shot trust". I have purchased this as well on my CAN purchases.

As far as the ATF is concerned, the trust is complete with you as the single trustee. Look at the copy of your eform 4, it's the single shot trust name not yours. After your CAN purchase was "certified" you should have received an email from SilencerShop with your SingleShot trust, the guides and the addendums to add additional parties post CAN receipt.

Read Document #7 "user's guide" completely. Note step #4 - After our you do not need to to Gun Trust USA. You'll also have a zip file in the email that has all the amendments to add or remove supporting trustees.

Also IMPORTANT - Step #6 - A copy of Document #1 and a copy of the tax must be kept with the "CAN". A Supporting Trustee (after you've had these notarized by a notary public) will need a copy of #1, tax stamp and also their copies of documents #2 and #3 when they have possession of the "can" and you are not present.

If you don't have this email, you need to reach out to SilencerShop. It's unique documents that must not be lost. There is no "web link" on the SilcencerShop portal for you to re-download these, just your tax stamp wallet.

Now if your eform 4 has your name, rather than the single shot trust, you've got a problem.. Only way I see this happening is if you'd not had the Single Shot Trust in your cart with the CAN during your purchase and tried to add it later without informing SilencerShop it was for the CAN you'd just purchased.
