The third gaze is the hardest point of P1. At 1:20 Argus casts Gaze on everybody including ranges so everybody spreads out, then he immediately afterwards (1:21) casts Tortured Rage which hits after three seconds (~1:24) . Immediately after he casts Soulblight Orb so the first Soulblights are coming out starting 1:30 and then a Cone at 1:32.

Have a Tranq start after the Gaze and use Revival right after the Rage to keep your raid up. Make sure to give very clear instructions to your raiders to SPREAD for the Gaze, then IMMEDIATELY STACK next to Argus to properly bait the cone. This overlap of abilities will be the cause of a decent few wipes for your raid because if your raiders mess up any of the abilities, they will die.

eg. Rages not baiting the cone correctly, Blighted players running out too early and eating the cone, people getting more than 2 stacks of rage or fear and dying to rage, healers not healing timely etc.

There is another slightly dangerous combo at around 2:00-2:10 into the fight (Spread , but there is less going on at that time, plus the boss should be transitioning into P2 soon after which really relaxes your healing requirements.
