During Shadowlands, I left Rag due to the increase of hate towards Latam players, group rejections, racism, hate, etc.. regardless of the skill, you always received negative comments. It was almost impossible to get a chance to play with non-rag players. Very toxic.

Back in the days, my network with US players was heavy, I learned English by playing with a great group of friends in Dragonmaw. Can you believe I learned my second language by raiding Burning Crusade? I work in an industry now that my language is giving me a paycheck. I’m thankful for that.

My connection with both worlds were strong enough to give me trouble, deciding where I was going to spend my gaming time. US servers or Latam.

My entire experience of the expansion was ruined after moving to Malganis, no culture, no friends, I felt disconnected and immediately lost interest in the game. That was the first expansion I didn’t play.

For DF, I came back to Ragnaros, and I’m having a great experience, I don’t feel the same level of hate like before, I’m pugging M+ and enjoying it, met many people across all servers. In my opinion, Latam players have improved and I want to believe there’s a sense of respect now.

Recently, I made the same comment to a friend and he’s response was, ‘it’s because you are healer’. My illusion was crushed.
