Why was I fired?

There's far more that needs reforming in police departments than just discrimination and racial profiling. The whole "good ol boy" network needs to go away. Did you ever see the video of the police supervisor who refuses to answer any way shape or form if a terrible officer was involved in misconduct? He was watching a video on the officer's gross misconduct and couldn't throw his fellow officer under the bus. Testilying, and covering for bad actors needs to go away. Also, I'm pretty sure that police swear an oath to uphold the constitution, yet as far as I know they do everything in their power to tear it down and coerce suspects who are guilty until proved innocent to wave their constitutional rights. Good cop bad cop has turned into bad cop bad cop. Maybe it always was a game to cheat or find a loophole in the justice system. Also private prisons are a terrible idea. Also, why are the police legally allowed to lie to you in order to make an arrest, or help get a conviction, but individual citizens are not afforded that same luxury? Do we need police? Yes of course, but we need them to be so much more than whatever it is they have become.
