Unfortunately, you’re also pretty off on zoysia in Colorado. You can most certainly find it in a lot of yards, and this home wouldn’t be out of place in any of the sprawling Front Range suburbs like Broomfield, Louisville, Arvada, etc. I know this because I also lived there for years.
Also concrete driveways are very uncommon in places with a lot of snow...like Colorado.
I mean, you’re statement isn’t entirely incorrect, but I’m not sure where you got the idea that there aren’t concrete driveways in CO. It’s just flat out wrong. The whole state isn’t at 14,000 ft. lol
