Your first sentence is so precise with what I've been feeling for the past few months, which have been a nightmare. And after what I have experienced yesterday with this investigator, it just feels like there is no justice in the world. There was another investigator on the case who I was communicating with, but he retired and left in the middle of the case. I called him back on the day he told me to call back and suddenly he no longer answered that phone. I found out later on he took retirement. Now this complete idiot has the case and he's clueless.
