Unfortunately I got kicked before I managed to start the game. I was configuring my character's color scheme at the prismatic mirror in the starting space, but when I got to skin color option, the game changed the skin color to color number 0, but I was unable to change it from the menu. I wrote down all the choices I had made, deleted the character as per arelith wiki instructions, and started over, thinking I'd be careful not to click the slin color option next time. As soon as I had made my character, I got a message I have been kicked for trying to remake a character. I also can't join the game forum to request support, as you can only register using an ingame command. I wonder if there's any other way to contact the game support, as I'm officially banned.
