Frank Cho Donates $1000 Sale Of Spider-Gwen Art To Domestic Violence Charity

What I took issue with were your shitty arguments. Arguments are important. You demonstrated a weak understanding of federal bureaucratic processes (OBAMA'S EDICT mah gawd), the concept of due process and why schools aren't held to the legal standard.

My arguments are backed up by facts. You haven't posted anything other than your personal opinions. You think merely having a college degree makes you smart and logical. Interesting how, in the duke lacrosse case, the 'social justice' departments that lean feminist mostly signed that letter condemning the lacrosse team, while the ones who ACTUALLY have logic (i.e. the science and engineering departments) refused to sign it. You remember that, don't you? Of course you don't.

Look at what you said:

And, no, due process was not taken away. "Schools" ban lawyers in certain proceedings - nothing about the state or police or courts denying the presence of lawyers. That, of course, is the due process enshrined in our legal system.

You think due process only applies to the government. You literally don't understand the meaning of words:

http://dictionary.findlaw.com/definition/due-process.html

You're looking at the 2nd definition, but not the first:

a course of formal proceedings (as judicial proceedings) carried out regularly, fairly, and in accordance with established rules and principles called also procedural due process

Let me guess, you think the 'judicial' in that definition means 'government', when pretty much all schools have a judicial system, example:

http://www.wesleyan.edu/studentaffairs/judicialboard/index.html

You don't understand the basic meaning of words. That is why when law professors use the term 'due process' in the case of a judicial system in a school, it's not incorrect.

And that's also why men are winning the overwhelming majority of cases of people bringing sexual assault cases against schools: Because schools are not giving due process rights to those accused men, schools are losing lawsuits and losing money.

Here's the thing about you anti-woman nutjobs - even when you have an issue that you could get people on board with (fathers' rights, bureaucrats mishandling sexual misconduct policies in overreaction to real problems) you're incapable of taking a position that doesn't involve yelling at clouds and alienating everyone else. There's an argument to be made about Harvard's policy - and those professors made it. At no point do they mention or bitch about the damn dirty feminists who are ruining America and manhood and stealing penises or whatever.

Except feminists have been sticking their foots in their mouths for the last few years now. Almost no statistic or 'fact' that's presented by you guys are rooted in any sort of reality.
