Friendly reminder: Respect your newfound strength

You ever do focused mobility work? Both my shoulders are pretty fucked up. No shortage of orthopedic visits, x-rays and MRI's for me. I'm back in business now. Started with me getting a mobility program and actually doing it (MAPS Prime Pro) which did WAY more for me than all the shit the PT had me doing. Then got a good hormone doc to take over my TRT and once I told him about the shit joints he put me on Deca as well, GAME CHANGER! I knew about it for a while but thought the joint claims were over sold... nope! Also, trying to always keep body inflammation in mind with diet has also made a huge difference. Seems like stupid little stuff but when your joints are shit you notice it!
