SARMS GUIDE FOR DUMMIES AND MORONS (110 things to know)

It no longer allow me to update the post! so I will be continuing in the comments from 22.

Sarm’s were created in 1998 (however some would argue sarm’s were first created in the 1940’s as an example CYP19), as far as we know there have been no cancer reports linked to a sarm as of today. However, ruling out the possibility of sarm’s causing or increasing the risk for cancer isn’t acceptable. Cancer is the cause of unregulated cell growth which may indicate a risk of sarm’s being linked to cancer. A 2014 study showed a link between sarm’s and breast cancer through clinical trials. A few studies did show that sarm’s reduced cancerous tumor growth and size.

  1. WHAT SARMS ARE HAIR SAFE-R?

If you’re concerned with hair loss PEDs may not be for you. Androgens and DHT are directly linked to increased hair loss. Some studies showed some sarm’s to help slow and reduce hair loss while others did the opposite. The good news is most anecdotal reports of hair loss/shedding on a sarm cycle didn’t remain off cycle. If you’re are experiencing hair shedding on cycle there are resources to help you maintain or slow down your genetically inevitable receding hair line.

  1. DIET ON CYCLE AND ON PCT?

Well, I’d like to start off by saying I will not be discussing any diets to achieve on cycle goals rather to help you remain healthy and safer on and off cycle. As discussed in .15 sarm’s may very well cause increased blood pressure so I’d advise high potassium foods (like kiwis), whole grains, fruit and veggies, low fat dairy or dairy alternatives, monitor your cholesterol and saturated fat for a healthy intake, and low sodium. As in 18. we discussed liver damage, so it is very important that you make diet that favors in the health of your liver. Whole grains, fruits and veggies, limited fat, lean proteins, rich in fiber foods, and once again low sodium. As with off cycle/pct you should still be eating heart and liver healthy foods. You’re trying to return your hormones back to base line or a healthy level during your PCT so I advise to add in a good amount of carbohydrates and healthy fats. A few studies showed blue berries, cranberries, apples, grapes, and citrusy fruits like lemons and oranges to help repair and maintain a healthy liver.
