GO TO A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I will NOT choose as good as a professional, don't go to Bestbuy for it. Look for people who build custom PC lists and I would do custom water cooling for sure. This will do 1440p 144hz, the case WIn Tou is crazy ass expensive and is not in PCpartpicker, you'd need to custom order it. I wouldn't even do this because you can spend 4k a lot of ways that does 4k gaming and 1440p 144hz.
