I don't. There are two reasons for Kou to become a vampire:

  • He wants too because he think it would cool. He achieved that.

  • Other vampires threatened to kill him to prevent him from disclosing the truth about vampires. Being a half vampire, disclosing the truth would place him in the same danger as full vampire. So he achieved that.

There is no more reason for Kou to require the "traditional vampirization" with Nazuna.

There is also the issue that this half state came from Nazuna biting him

What? Care to point out in which chapter this is ever said? So far the reason for that state is 100% unknown.
