Lastly, cannabis sold in Germany should be produced domestically to avoid quarrels with international law.

A cannabisplant has variable THC production that can easily differ 10% between the top and the bottom. The only way to reduce thc on the plant is long uv exposure or gamma radiation, which will affect the cannabis taste in a big way.

The preventive idea of de 10% is ridiculous considering you can buy 20 grams, like the government never studied the way cannabis consumers smoke.
