Goodall Homes - A Warning to potential home builders

I feel like you may very well be building where we are. We have had 18 months of delays, lies, fired project managers, shoddy construction and zero communication. They are a scam. They write a contract that protects their interests.. which are strictly to get earnest deposits, then run the buyer off with delays.. Blaming covid and supply chain issues every time. They hire contractors that do subpar work and in the Knoxville area are trying to sell off subdivisions. They will get you to closing and promise you that things will be done after closing..but.. It won't.

We plan to exit the deal and join a class action lawsuit. They knowingly and whole heatedly embrace the concept of scamming buyers and taking advantage of a volatile market.

I'm sorry you are part of the Goodall nightmare. Consider going as public as possible to hold this crappy builder responsible. They should be held criminally responsible for what they have done.
