In short all of our essential staff (~30%) are fully trained to work on site during a pandemic and have been since the first 6 county order. Our entire site has been modified physically and procedurally to protect people who are here Status quo until the end of May.

During this time (April/May) we are training the other 70% of our workforce while further reorganizing our offices. Come June first we are expanding our essential staff 5 fold. Providing all staff masks, isolated workstations, procedures for everything for taking a piss to bringing a vendor on site.

We have identified remote work for at risk groups and hold mandatory company wide training 3x a week.
