as someone who's wife left him for another man, totally, as someone who is kind of sensitive, i definitely would feel sad to know this is the case because it might feel like the death of their attraction to you, and I think people want to feel wanted by partners in that way too. It's totally normal and i can't blame anyone for what gets them there, and don't think anyone should feel shame about being attracted to someone. I would say I would hope no one would divulge this willingly as long as they don't feel they'd act on it, because trust is also part of any relationship, and I would always trust my partner as long as they haven't given me a reason not to.
