Why is it so hard to reach a Uhaul Customer Rep

So I can't really do anything myself because the Uhaul stuff was scheduled and reserved through Altair and Uhaul. As in, I received a link to view my Ubox order, but when I click on anything(to edit the reservation or to add delivery details), it prompts me to make an account. Which I do, but I'm not able to access the order through my account. Today I received a voice message (I missed their call) from Uhaul telling me to call them back bc they need to go over some delivery details with me (when I look at my Ubox order on Uhaul, under "Next Steps" it says that I need to fill out delivery details, which I assume is what the call is about. However, I can't fill out the details on my end either bc as I mentioned before, it makes me sign in/make an account but when I do the order isn't associated with my account).
