Meeting with Nayra: Jackson Elias can help rent a reed boat to travel to a floating island in Lake Titicaca where Nayra is in hiding. Nayra can talk about the pyramid and the kharisiri. The kharisiri may attack.
Traveling to the pyramid: It takes about three days (70 miles) travel across the highlands. The following two events can happen in any order: A. The Feral Kharisiri: Eat a pack animal in the night. Maybe attack a lone investigator. B. The Farmers: Julio and Domingo Cespedes, father and wounded son, attacked by kharisiri and well spooked.
Fellow Travelers: Arrive near the pyramid and Spot Hidden to find two kharisiri moving across the valley floor ahead to the pyramid to give their offerings.
