It can, yeah. But for the most part is doesn’t. Ebola CAN spread though air carried droplets but doesn’t for the most-part. It is not a gay sex only STD but it is spread overwhelmingly between gay male sex - there are numerous studies on it, to suggest this is not the case is simply denying reality. It is nearly all gay or bisexual men, which I do not believe should be stigmatised but is still the truth. Monkeypox spreading is not a gay sex problem, it is a degeneracy problem for the most part, with the exceptions you outlined - men sleeping with lots of men unprotected are most at risk, just the same as any other STD - which is quite preventable with protection. The narrative even within the WHO is to move away from the idea that monkeypox is an STD since that could be very damaging to LGBTQIA+ people just as AIDS was to gay men in the 1980s and 1990s especially, but the facts don’t lie. With that said I do not agree that gay men should be blamed or stigmatised for Monkeypox but should use barrier protection to keep themselves safe as it is primarily their community that is being directly affected. Im not going to respond again as an argument with someone who has based their source on their position as opposed to the other way around is meaningless.
