Hey guys, wondering if anyone can help me to photograph with moon not being so bright like the sun in pictures like this ? (I’m new and photographing) I’m using a coolpix p1000 with original lens

If you wanted to do that in a single exposure, you'd need to take a picture of the moon still out during daylight. Like early morning or late afternoon but before it is dark out. Then the moon isn't that much brighter than the surrounding landscape. You'd have to test with your camera to see how dark it can get out before you lose detail either on the landscape or on the moon.

I'd guess some of the photos in that gallery are composite, though. You could also try turning on HDR on your camera, that is a composite photo. The camera will take multiple photos at different exposures and stitch them together for you. The result may or may not be good.
