The solution to FNAF theories. There is more than 1 purple guy. In fact all adults or at least all security guards are seen as purple guys. Notice how there are no other adults ever in any of the minigames. Notice how not all purple guys are identical or even the exact same shade of purple. The first purple guy was killed using springtrap. From that point on, the animatronics try to kill every security guard by stuffing them into suits just like the purple guy. Why? because they view all adults as purple guys.
First murdered child became puppet at the dinner
Next 5 children are murdered at pizzeria #1, Foxy sees this, these souls possess the original 5. These murders do not get media attention.
At pizzeria #1, purple guy is murdered in springtrap. Room is sealed by management to coverup employee death. "budget reasons." Dissassembled suits are brought to pizzeria #2 for repairs and retrofit. Golden freddy suit also brought but left in the back. pizzeria # 1 was described as left to rot in FNAF2 which is consistent with what is seen in FNAF3 minigames. Springtrap incident has to happen before phoneguys death because phoneguy announced the room sealing.
5 more children are murdered at pizzeria #2 with the golden freddy suit. This event gets media attention. 5 bodies are present in the save them deathgame which has the same layout as pizzeria #2 and all the characters. This is carried out by a different purple guy than the other 5 murders. Notice the different shades of purple and the addition of the yellow badge. This 5 bodies were absolutely stuffed into suits, causing the blood and mucus problems and rumors of suit stuffing occur after the reported event. I suspect it was the toy suits that get possessed by these dead children since they are now reported to act strangely. Bite of 87 occurs after this on another perceived purple guy.
pizzera #2 shutdown. Pizzeria #1 returned to with the 4 suits. I don't think golden freddy suit was returned and was only a hallicination in FNAF1. Suits continue trying to stuff all purple guys into suits to kill them. Phoneguy gets killed. Odd how even though phoneguy died the thursday before FNAF1 even starts, there is no investigation or shutdown. Management covering up again?
Flash to the future. Fazibear's Fright finds springtrap in the sealed room. Soul of a purple guy is attached to it. He just wants to kill you because he was a child killing psycho to begin with. The souls of the dead children still haunt the assembled parts of the place even though they are no longer animatronics. The parts are hooked up to the network, hence why all of them are able to affect your systems. A total of 11 children souls helps explain why the mangle and BB have phantoms as well.
But lets look at the true big bad. Management. Management has clearly been hiding things for the sake of profit. They had shady practices attached to knowingly dangerous springlock suits, including, try not to bleed out in front of the children because it could hurt business. They sealed up the safe room for "budget reasons." Not even phoneguy sounded convinced. How could putting up a fake wall possibly save money. The room would still physically exist. Being a fake wall costs money versus just not turning on the lights in the room. It was a coverup for the springtrap incident. Employee death lawsuits would cost management big time. In FNAF2 phoneguy tells you to ignore the rumors surrounding the first pizzeria. Management trying to cover up missing children.
You are told that the reason the animatronics try to stuff you in a suit is because the animatronics think its against the rules. This sounds like more management bullshit. Manage knows about the springtrap incident, knows that the suits are actually murderous, but that knowledge would hurt business. After the bite of 87. Rather than get rid of these haunted animatronics, instead just prohibits free roam during the day, puts up signs about not touching freddy, and gives you doors in FNAF1. The need to free roam at night to prevent servo lockup is again more bullshit. Management knows that the animatronics are haunted and murderous but that truth would destroy them financially. Phoneguy gets killed, what does management do? just hire another guy.
