Not just that, it's incredibly out of character for both of them. They have always had this weird dynamic, where it was always clear that they were nothing but friends, at most. Except for the drink-spiking storyline it seems like they've barely spoken to each other in the last 3+ years. What changed? Also, I find it hard to believe that Honey would get with Jay right after he'd split up with Lola (or that she'd encourage him to split up with Lola, if I remember correctly), likewise I find it hard to believe Jay would get with a woman who he knew was probably still vulnerable due to recent trauma (the time between the drink spiking and Honey and Jay getting together was like a month or two, that seems a bit too quick to me).
