If you have been paying your rent on time, there is no way you can be evicted. Even if you missed one or two payments, the landlord has to file a notice twice then sue for your removal. There may be a problem with your contract, but again if you have been making your payments on time, there are no legal recourses for the landlord to take. The landlord has to tell you to leave the house at the end of the term of your contract, otherwise, it renews itself. These are all written in the Turkish Law of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu). If you can find an English version of the law, you should read the articles about leases and rents (Art. 299-378). If the manager continues his/her harassment, contact a lawyer, let them draw a harshly worded letter. This thing should resolve itself.
