You are talking non sense. European and North American style racism does not exist in Turkey. If you are in tourist areas, you will get overwhelmed welcome. But my observation is Turks are slightly introvert. So if you are outside of Tourist area , then you will get different treatment. When I was Asia side where is less tourist, I thought people don’t like me. But it is not true. About night club: it is random system for night club. Sometime they ask you entrance fee, sometimes they don’t ask you. It depends how the guard feel about you. Most night clubs in Istanbul are operated by foreigners. They use similar entrance system as the US and Europe. If guard feels you can spend more money and give more tips, then you will get in for free. It is become so popular excuse Turk are racist . It is not fair in my opinion
