REIT Earnings Season is upon us! increased dividends quarter over quarter, will covid share price recover by Q2 2022 - If so, there's a huge opportunity infront of us. DD and Discussion.

So everything you've grabbed after the crash has recovered besides AAIC. I see that after the crash AAIC was trading under $2 and now its trading at $3.70. So if you would've bought in post crash, you would actually be up over 80% by now.

The companies you mentioned across many different sectors too i must add recovered quite a bit from there lows in March/April. Even Air Lines? who I'm assuming have had a DIRECT impact in there business from all of this. I'm assuming they recovered at different times as well. Inciting that different sectors use different markers to determine if risk is being diminished.

That brings me back to the question. If you bought in today on those REITs you mentioned. Would you see profitability by say Fall of 2021? Based on what has happened in the last 6-9 months?
