Possibly. They used to be faster pre 75kmh. I mostly play at high ps and compared to how they used to be I don't think they are any worse, just a lot more mg because that's just about the only good weapon that can be used now. Like I said it's not the hover it's what we have to play with that we didn't have before plus the fact the attempt the devs made to make hovers worse back fired like making them unstable when turning has made them harder to hit. Make them slower by all means but that won't fix anything. Will still have the same builds. I think make the handling like it used to be which makes them easy to hit. Raise the ps which won't change anything at high ps but will help a little at lower ps.
