How to deal with high tippers who suddenly tip way less and still want special treatment?

I usually scapegoat toxic people in the room before things get bad and try to act preventatively. For example when someone tips I say things like 'well it's not nice to leave all tipping to one person when everyone is enjoying the show, right?" That gets them going.

There was someone who came and asked how much I charge for "tasks". I said it depends on the task. Then he told me "30 tokens is fine, right?" and he basically wanted an entire session via pm.

I said sorry, if you want that it would have to be pvt.

At first he was respectful and said he understands. Then 5 min later he became passive aggressive and he said on public chat "well in my opinion just typing what I should do is free money and you should have taken it".

Then I asked him on public chat 'when was the last time you went to a pizza restaurant and you said to the chef "hey this pizza was easy to make so I will pay you $2 instead of $15"?

The entire room started to laugh and he showed himself out. I know it is a manipulative tactic, but I can't afford to be nice while engaging in parasocial relationships with disordered individuals.
