I'm not a doctor, but i'm pretty sure you don't go from being strangled unconscious to probably fine. Actually, i'm fairly sure that when you strangle someone unconscious, you have a fair chance of killing them.

If this was a real scenario, the stranger would have just wanted to subdue him, so he would have just held him there until he calmed down. This fucking psychopath in the video accidentally took it too far (fair enough, it's probably something that would be hard to judge) strangled him for real, then dropped his limp body like a fucking serial killer without so much as checking if the guy he just strangled was still alive. That's not something normal people do. That's something you think of for an internet skit because everyone knows everything will be fine.

Also, the acting is awkward as heck. It honestly looks like an amateur wrestling video.
