How has heat and airflow affected the amount of reclaim in your Dynavap?

What you say makes more sense than DV just using thinner metal.

My ‘19 and ‘20 cap really don’t seem much different visually, but once I start using them it’s obvious in terms of performance. My ‘19 cap seems to click real hot which can be both a positive and negative with a torch.

Any ideas why the new caps would click sooner with the torch?

I’m guessing it’s much like the SS/Ti difference in that different metals have different thermal transfer properties, and that whatever they put in the new chromium formula is a better thermal conductor.
