MHA has underrated speed feats to begin with. The people claiming All Might caps at supersonic even in his Prime are the same people ignoring the fact All Might has greater feats than just being "City Block level"

I mean, to put this into perspective, All Might only has a hand few of Strength feats. Lots of overrated ones as well.

Creating Tornadoes for example which are threats to Multiple City Blocks is a high physical feat alone and that's just the AOE of his attacks. Dispersing Clouds isn't impressive though, neither is a storm and people use these similar feats to gain absurd calculations which overrate a series way too much. However, there are feats that are underrated as well, explicitly the MHA verse.

Changing the Weather that extends over the horizon is already powerful enough and the strongest feat in MHA til' this day solidly being ~14 Megatons. Enough to put All Might well into City levels of strength. Speed? There's a lot of missed speed feats in the series, Bakugo at most has a Mach ~2 speed feat for being able to slightly avoid waterjets which move at Mach 3 speeds. Top speed feats like All Might crossing 5 km in 10 seconds at least with the fact he had to face Nomu therefore adding 20 seconds. All Might while weakened could still move at speeds of 500 m/s and even faster. Prime All Might is solidly hypersonic+ for crossing a 9 km distance in a second. As a list, there are a lot more speed feats ignored for MHA, and I hate MHA downplay as much as I hate any other verse being downplayed, especially when All Might is one of my favorite characters in fiction.
