How I've been feeling about Buddhism lately.

Everything here is a chance for you to learn how to be better, and in turn reduce your anxiety.

Car repossessed

From what I understand that happens when you default on your payments. Do you not have enough money to pay? Why? Do you make too little or are you bad at budgeting? Did you think about this when you decided to buy the car? Personally I never buy things unless it's outright purchase. These plans are a hassle and most of the time you end up paying more.

Insurance claims

They will go at their own pace. Provide them with what they need when they need it and don't spend time dwelling. Whatever has happened has happened, now you deal with the consequences. The outcome is what it is. If it's not right then fight it, otherwise accept it, learn from it, and move on.

Speeding ticket

Simple answer; don't speed. You're breaking the law and endangering yourself and others. This one, yeah you entirely caused you own suffering here. If you were late, leave earlier. If you weren't late, why are you speeding.

Desire for change

That doesn't ever go away until it's satisfied. And yeah you might think, but it takes so much time and effort. Exactly. That's the whole point. You know you want to change so two options; don't change and use your energy to beat yourself up about it or use your energy to change for the better.

Relationship troubles

This one is very vague but I'm sure if there is a more in-depth explanation there would be a solution out there, and just like most solutions, it will take time and effort.

I know for some of this I have made small assumptions, but for the most part, when bad things happen and you torture yourself over it, the best thing is to see it as a chance to learn and grow. Look at how you ended up where you are. You can do things to reduce your own suffering.
