How do managers feel about you calling in for a mental health day?

Honestly I feel like we should all be able to take some. At times I feel like so much is expected from us. Look at how high some of our budgets are. At times I feel like they want us to do the job of 2 or 3 people. They keep adding and adding to what is expected. Hey you do this well , let's add 3 or 4 more things. This company is slowly burning its people out. They have CID in place but they do not have realistic goals... theses are people that probably try a process for about a week and then want us to do it. They are not in store partners and do not know what it's like to work in the store. We have call ins, unforeseen business, people quit and the list goes on and on. Sorry but had to go off on a rant.
