I can't seem to get my points/loyalty rewards to work at the flowery. I've spent a fairly decent chunk of change there in the last month or so and I still have no points showing up. I've reached out several times and have been assured that a supervisor was going to take care of this issue. As I've stated in other post my deliveries have all gone fine. This has been the only issue I've had so far , I have 0 points. From what I've read on the website it's $5 for every 100 you spend, is that the same point system you're talking about? When I see people say they have 600 points is that meaning they have $600? That'd be a hell of a lot of money spent! I registered for the point system the first time I registered at the flowery. I've registered repeatedly since just to make sure. My next effort will be calling them, no in my experience it can take a few tries to get through. Any information on other people's experience would be greatly appreciated! Tia
