I mean where's that guy who was proposing to build a new real estate website. Things that should be listed on all listings . Make them paid features. Charge $50 per month to users. Kick back some of the paid subscription revenue back to Sellers so these features are exclusive to your website.
At this point , so much of this information is hidden and behind closed doors (realtors), that' some VC should just step in and monetize this whole BS by making everything so much more efficient. I have high hopes from Properly but their website sucks balls when it comes to user experience and speed of website.
