I mean where's that guy who was proposing to build a new real estate website. Things that should be listed on all listings . Make them paid features. Charge $50 per month to users. Kick back some of the paid subscription revenue back to Sellers so these features are exclusive to your website.

  1. Age : year built not the catch all category BS.
  2. Inspection : available (yes or no)- paid feature
  3. Square footage : verified by professional
  4. Title:. Available , yes or no. Go find it for a few prior to bid.
  5. Appraisal : already done by X bank as of date ddMM.
  6. MPAC reports , GEO warehouse reports
  7. Furnace
  8. Roof replacement
  9. Appliances:

At this point , so much of this information is hidden and behind closed doors (realtors), that' some VC should just step in and monetize this whole BS by making everything so much more efficient. I have high hopes from Properly but their website sucks balls when it comes to user experience and speed of website.
