How to save on Taxes while Employed

While I wouldn't necessarily agree with the "they oppressed to get there" part, I do wonder at what point does this sub think enough is enough with taxation. Everyone pays their fair share except statistically, that doesn't seem true. The push for more and more taxes on the individual seems incredibly strange to me, as most people place the blame and onus on how the taxes are generated rather than how they are spent or allocated. There are plenty of anecdotal evidence to show immense bloat throughout whichever branch you look at, however somehow it's always Pete the career professional's fault for not paying MORE tax because it's never enough.
