I honestly feel like you guys are better off as friends, you mention how you love your partner very much and that you have common interests, laugh a lot, etc, but that can also be found in a really good friendship. The problem here is i think your not attracted to your partner, you say your not physically attracted to them which kinda sums up everything, your not attracted to them, usually when someone’s in love with their partner they won’t give a fling about looks, and start finding cute things about their partner even if they’ve found them ugly before, idk my personal opinion is to break up which is a huge move but it just doesn’t seem like it’s going to last long if you don’t find your partner physically attractive?
