Being fat isn't a state of mind it's a physical attribute. Everyone knows they can be fat or thin based on their diet. If one is wired to be female and born male it would be a rare condition that occurs in the brain. Now much like anything else it would be represented of population. If Europe has 741 million people and America has 300+million people, numbers tell us there should be more trans in Europe than America. There's not though, statistically speaking America out numbers Europe in transgendered even though we have half the population. I conclude from these results that not all transgender is driven by actual brain function of believing they are the opposite sex, but being driven by suggestion, culture, surroundings, or society.
