Maybe because they are self entitled ****?

For whatever reason, whenever there is a huge queue of cars, its always one of thoes in the middle of the road blocking everyone as usually a bus is right behind it, so it can't pass (as no speeding) and because of the bus the distance and lack of visibility its so great for cars to risk passing as well. As like you saw, they don't look around them, and if something happens, they fell like self entitled that it's the other person's fault. I wonder if i managed to explain it properly, and again, I'm referring strictly to people who are dressed and act exactly like this video as for whatever reason, they are like copy past, but different colors, but always in the middle of the road without checking surrounding (aka some don't even stopping at red lights)
