I Berlin was inside, Gandia would have been killed in S3 with a summary execution. He was a threat and should have been eliminated from the beginning.

if Berlin was outside, he probably would have had better security where he was basing his command. The professor has teams of serbians and poles or whoever. It doesn’t make sense he would have someone with him monitoring the perimeter and watching the cameras.

The whole being in a mobile truck in s3 didn’t make sense. The professor could have come up with a better communication solution that driving around in a van that he knew could be tracked (not extremely precisely but enough to make him vulnerable to detection). If he did it to divert attention away from the bank, he could have had someone else be in the van driving.
