Could use some advice or encouragement

I remember when I was a brand new 911 EMT. I had a cool FTO. Then I was lowest on the totem pole and got placed with a wide variety of medics. There were some that were just absolutely lazy that never checked their bag or rig out and would just yell at me on scene; didn’t learn a thing. Then there were some that made the job a blast, 12 hours of fun with a friend running calls and going over the things that you wanted to learn more about.

Then I went to medic school and figured out just how lazy and wrong some of these people were and became a paramedic, EMS is just nuts lmao My advice, try to just find a cool full time partner and you’ll figure out the rest!
