If you could talk to some rabidly anti-Trump folks with the assurance that they would hear you out, what would you clarify about your political views and who you are?

Diversity and tolerance is second nature to me.

That's awesome to hear! I'm tired of the mud-slinging. Name calling "Nazi", "bigot", "libtard", "cuck", etc are super divisive words that don't have any place in a reasonable, tolerant discourse and are detrimental to civil debate, yeah? I mean - and this is admittedly a stupid shallow contrived example - I saw this post on another sub-that-cannot-be-named awhile back where supporters were cheering on someone leaving a note calling someone an idiot just for having a Bernie supporter bumper sticker on their car. I'm sure there is all kind of equally stupid shit on "my" side of the spectrum like this too.

So yeah, kind of rambling, but I'm just saying, I strive to have your level of tolerance too. I can't say it's totally second nature yet like it is for you. I'm admittedly still kind of suspicious sometimes and even do stupid shit like look at people's comment history without taking what they say at face value. But I'm gonna work on that too! Hurray for tolerance.
