If you were a customer, how would you rate 1 missing item on your entire order?

First off, my condolences on the loss of your boyfriend. Grief is hard as it is on a normal day, I cannot imagine with the holiday season upon us. That wasn’t meant to be an attitude, but it’s not like I missed a large item, a staple? Sure, but again, a mistake. I contacted support immediately once I realized I had mixed up my orders. I asked them what could be done & was told I essentially couldn’t do anything. I’m human, it was an honest mistake that I have only done once since I started shopping over a year ago. This is the lowest rating I have ever received & was just looking for honest input. I see shoppers out there with zero care for other people’s groceries. I take care as I if I’m shopping for my own - it was a mistake, an honest one.
