Help to get back my account

I am an instacart shopper who has done more than 2700 deliveries, yesterday i did an order and after finishing it i got an email that my account is deactivated because of suspicious issues, I replied to the email and they said my first customer order had issues and i need to show them the receipts but unfortunately i threw the receipts after finishing the order. I went to Costco to reprint the receipts but they need the customer to come themselves to print the receipts because that is the only way they give away receipts in the law,i tried every way talking with many chat agents and my co workers but nobody could help me. I even replied to the trust and safety team saying them about my situation and also showing the screen shot i took of the customers request to add items.But it has been more than a day but i got no reply.
