Illicit Gardens is a horrible company to work for. Misuse of power, racism, and loads of unspeakable sexual harassment...

This is all true and there's much more . Women who have been assaulted had to file their own reports and the company won't approve paid counseling. There's a policy in place where you can be fired for telling friends you were assaulted or harassed. There is also no potable water in the building, so nobody can wash their hands. COVID is rampant, but hard to tell because employees are so sick from mold. Illicit employees are also made to use their social media to market product. Originally, they were threatened with termination, but I think there were enough complaints that the new rule is you just can't get promoted if you don't do free marketing.
