Deciding to get my cultivation license was the best decision ever. I don’t have to rely on these types of places unless I want to.

I have have had issues, but the manager at the Smithville location helped out. Got 2 eights of Sundro and all of it was trim. At first they refused to exchange because it left the store. Pro tip- make the shop show you your medicine before leaving. I, however, picked mine up as an online order and it was ridiculous that they’d enforce this as the reason to not exchange. I physically brought them into the store and was able to get them to comp the cost of 1 of the eights.

Most of this is on the growing side but medical dispensaries absolutely shouldn’t allow below par medicine go out the front door. Like, how does that work out for pharma when they don’t prevent a known issue?

I appreciated the manager on duty because she was legit the only reason it was taken care of.
