Interesting dipping sauces for a fried chicken feast?

Spicy ranch-style dressing. Save yourself some prep and buy the powder but follow the recipe - buttermilk and all - to the letter.

Classic Buffalo - plain old white vinegar and red pepper blend, 1:1, with one pressed garlic and a tablespoon of butter.

Bleu cheese - same as the one above, just no butter.

Honey BBQ - 3 parts Mayo and ketchup (1/2 of each) with a teaspoon of brown sugar, to 1 part honey - also optional for some tartness, about a teaspoon of white wine or unseasoned rice wine vinegar.

Lemon-pepper rub. Save yourself the trouble and just buy store-bought.

Sesame-ginger - 3:1 soy sauce:sesame oil. About a tablespoon of ginger to give it some kick. And while sesame oil is good, Thai peanut oil sticks out more in profile.
