First of all, I had more or less same problem with gf forums, it got fixed after i changed my gf email to an gmail.com one and I tried to login back, maybe this helps you with that problem

I know how u feel, Iris still has a lot of skill bugs, like hitbox bugs from cast/AoE skills that should hit enemies while on use but they dont, even moments that you press the skill key and skill isn't used entering in an bug phase that your character will not be able to use any skill untill you dash or something, it feels kinda crazy sometimes xD

I think there is not bugfix for it, since I searched for it time ago and actively asking help to other players without getting helpful answers, I dont know the Iris state on KR server where maybe it is fixed already but I will let KR players answer you that since I dont know, but for now lets just hope someday this will be fixed
