Just finished Mankind Divided, my thought on the story and game world (Spoilers)

Some felt like your average side quest, but some stood out starkly like with Detective Charlie Chaplin with so many different paths that you could branch to, the mystery of it all I didn't figure out who it was until the very end) and Mystery Augs (though I wanted more, which I suppose can be considered good storytelling), the whole Samizdat arc was AWESOME and where it led in the end was totally unexpected. That was so cool.

And there was still quite a lot going on in the main arc, you see some Illuminati scenes and how DeBeers is trying to hold onto his waning reign and how all along since Alaska, the entire plan has been for Jensen to reveal Janus and that really while Jensen has caused trouble for the Illuminati, a lot of they're plans still go right. Tai Yong Medical becomes the sole Augmentation Producer, Versalife has a very strong presence throughout the world and they still have control over WHO and Picus, among other organizations.

Jensen takes down Marchenko in the end and you feel accomplished, but then you see the ending scene in the credits, and you realize that you've really accomplished nothing. I audibly said "those motherfuckers" during the scene. You think you're making strides but really you've been playing into their hand the entire time.

The one question I do have is how come Jensen didn't discover the foreign chip in his body similar to that of the woman from the Detective mission, maybe they made it blend in better since his operation was more recent but you'd think Koller would have found it or Jensen would have been more thorough in checking his body for any foreign objects after his experiences.
