A man I hired is driving me up the wall with his white night tendencies

Hmm. I'm wondering if he only behaves this way towards you, or whether he behaves this way with other female employees and managers?

If he does it with multiple people, it might still be lack of awareness of his behavior and bringing in his mom for a chat could help.

If it's just you, I'm more inclined to agree with those saying he's doing this because of a crush on you. Some people with autism pick up what's called a special interest. The special interest is usually a topic or thing, but it can be a person. I'm wondering if you've become his "special interest" within his work world, due to his behavior coupled with him not having an interest in the beauty industry itself.

(I might be way off with this, but I thought I'd bring it up in case it does apply.)
